Facility Management - Responsible of Maintenance Team & Daily Maintenance Operations.
Drawing up work orders & schedules with records of time, labour & material for each task and communicating any adjustments to Maintenance Team while responding in a prompt and efficient manner to all reactive issues including emergency situations outside working hours as production maintains its run.
Designing, maintaining, implementing, or improving Industrial Systems.
Ensuring work sites are safe and clean by conducting safety assessments & drafting of work permits with one goal in sight which is promoting a safe work environment and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment.
Maintaining maintenance inventory & requisition parts and supplies as needed with regards to budget and reports focusing on finance status & overall sourcing requirements.
Overseeing all aspects of supply chain management related to Maintenance Department as a Procurement Officer & ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available for day-to-day activities, preventive maintenance & projects.
Drawing up daily work schedules and communicating any adjustments to technical team members and clients.
Manage multiple projects concurrently, meeting deadlines, and coordinating with stakeholders, clients, contractors & suppliers with attention to details & organisational capabilities.
Prepare cost and expenditure statements and other necessary documentation at regular intervals of the project to assess cost effectiveness.
Maintaining maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed.
Daily planning & allocating work schedule of the maintenance works that have to be carried out by the Technicians and Handymen for Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC, Carpentry and Painting works.
Supervising daily operations & interventions (Room Requests, Guest complaints, Functions, Back Area works & Others).
Supervision of Project works and Renovation.
Daily planning & allocating work schedule of the Maintenance works that have to be carried out by the Technicians and Handymen while responding in a prompt and efficient manner to all reactive issues.
Supervision of Maintenance works & Documentation.
Liaison with service providers for Maintenance of equipment.

Analyse blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labour estimates for project works & services with consultation of suppliers, technical team, contractors, sub-contractors & personnel in other departments.
Ensuring compliance with specifications, codes & customer requirements by supervising, directing & coordinating installation, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, documentation, support and testing & commissioning activities.
Database Creation & Management
