Last worked with OTE (Oman Trading Establishment), as IT Project Head & SAP HR Consultant (ERP) including core HR activities for Recruitment, Manpower Planning, Administrative work, Shift Planning & Delegating authorities, Benefits, Compensation, Training & SAP (HR) Implementation.

My role consisted of implementation of new modules & supporting internal clients (Divisions/Departments) in defining SAP HR business processes and performing configuration according to business requirements.
Analyze business processes and user requirements and develop effective configuration solutions.
Configuring SAP module from scratch to go-live, after-support activities including training & user manuals.
Conduct knowledge transfer activities to support SAP HR users in developing their skills.

 Determine the HR business processes requirements and functional scope.
 End to End project implementation from kick off, project conceptualization, Business blueprint to go-live phases.
 Competent enough to create SRS (Software Requirements Specification).
 Identifying potential threats & devise contingency roadmaps.
 Using various reporting techniques to evaluate the project improvements & evaluate the growth.
 One point contact person for all HOD’s, Hardware engineers, Software developers & external contractors/vendors.
 Applying new technologies at the time of migration from old technology to new one. (From Legacy system to SAP)
 Continuous upgradation & improvement throughout the project lifecycles.
