Responsibility:
● Conduct toolbox meeting and distribute daily work order to mechanical teams.
● Responsible to ensure every service and maintenance activity carried out in safety manner incompliance with standard operation procedure.
● Review all of notification with engineer and Planner before convert become Work order using CMMS (SAP 4/SHANA & MAXIMO).
● Daily reporting maintenance request form (Preventive and Corrective maintenance).
● Review result of daily work order & progress of schedule of maintenance.
● Conduct / Monitoring activities of Preventive maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, overhauling rotating equipment like Turbine (Steam Turbine), Pumps, Compressor ( Reciprocating, centrifugal & Screw ) etc.
● Conduct / Monitoring activities of Preventive maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, overhauling static equipment like Exchanger, Pressure Vessel Inspection, Relief Valve, heater, cooler, separator, scrubber, Piping Inspection (Thickness).
● Preventive maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, overhauling Manual valve (Kitz, Tomoe, Crane).
● Perform Preventive & Corrective maintenance Diesel Engine WARTSILA.
● Create report regarding maintenance performance.

Annual Outage/Shutdown (Turnaround) Maintenance:
● Responsible to prepare mechanical data sheets, general drawing per equipment, Inspection Test Plan (ITP), Lifting Plan, Workpackage, Check list and determine requirement spare parts.
● Supervise installation scaffolding and take out insulation for preparation annual shutdown.

MAINTENANCE PLANNER
Responsibility :
• Focusing on the future.
• Separation of work execution planning.
• Process approved notifications into work orders.
• Restarting Maintenance Plans.
• Plan resource requirements for work orders.
• Rough Cut schedule planned work orders in appropriate period base on the available capacity of the work center resources and work order requirements.
• Review the capabilities available for upcoming scheduling periods with maintenance personal and update resource work center capabilities.
• Chair scheduling meeting (pre-scheduling, job prioritisation, job scheduling)
• Join the shared resource levelling meeting.
• Monitor services and materials for availability in the relevant programming period.
• Monitor flagged work orders to reschedule for inclusion in the future scheduling period as early as possible.
• Schedule planned work orders in the scheduling period, Use work order priorities to determine the scheduling sequence.
• Insert measurement documents for component change, counter substitution, reset.
• Submit master data request.
• Assist reliability engineering in the improvement of equipment strategies and tactics
• Monitor KPI Metrics.

TURNAROUND PLANNER
Responsibility :
• Conduct detail planning using the planning basis.
• Complete all job package planning.
• Prepare contractor bid request, review bid package for major contracts.
• Participate in contractor mobilization plans.
• Document equipment bills of material (BoM’s) and order materials.
• Input CMMS data (Bom’s task lists, notifications, Work orders, JHA and Permits)
• Build job packages using pre-determined guidelines.
• Submit preliminary work scope to sub-contractor’s co-ordinator.
• Add preventive maintenance scope to worklist
• Add Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) backlogged turnaround work orders to worklist.
• Define capital spares, hydroblast/cleaning, tools requirements.
• Develop isolation device supply chain.
• Distribute all job packages to field supervisors.
• Complete critical path constructability reviews, crane and rigging plans, scope risk assessment, and rescue plans.
• Complete capital spares refurbishment and all job package reviews.
• Order Long lead Material, procure all materials

Responsibility :
• Attending tool box talk before the job starts on daily basis regarding company’s health, safety & environmental policy, work permit & procedures.
• Carried out Pre-Commisioning, Commisioning and Start-up activity and reporting to plant Ammonium Nitrate and Nitric Acid and Utility Leader.
• Preparing Safe work permit, hot work, cold work lifting, working at high, break-in permit and confined space permits.
• Carried out Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Rotating equipment such as Steam & Gas Turbine, Compressor, Pumps, Blowers, Agitator, Gear box.
• Carried out Maintenance of different kinds static equipment like, Gate Valves, Butterfly Valve, Plug valve, and Ball Valve, Globe Valve, Heat Exchanger Vessel and silos.
• Carried out daily activity of lubricating greasing, oil replacing and update the system data for make equipment history.
• Performing other works such as preparation of documents site measurements, maintaining spare parts, transportation of material and site cleaning.
• To perform minor and major overhaul of rotating equipment such as Pumps, Turbine (Steam & Gas), Compressor, blowers, etc.
• Carried out Alignment with Laser and Dial Indicator Method for Rotating equipment of Pump, Compressor, Blower (Rim and Face, Reverse Indicator Method).
• Carried out Motor solo run and done monitoring of parameters (vibration, Temperature and RPM)
• Perform & withnessing the system final box up, Mechanical Running test, lube oil flushing, System leak test and inert gas purging.
• Carried out general inspections and mechanical preservation work within the equipment such as pumps, chemical injection packages, Blowers, Compressors, Heat Exchanger, Vessel, Valves as per check sheets and attached procedure.
• Trouble shooting and fault findings on Rotating Equipment failure and inspection of equipment & machinery to lubricate for smooth operations.
• Perform Installation of Catalyst Converter and associated units (Platina Catalyst).
• Carried out to Maintenance Waste Water Treatment Plant, Desalination unit, Reverse Osmosis Unit, Demineralized Unit like HP Pump, Catridge Filter, and Membran.
• Confident in measuring skills with instrumentation tools such as vernier caliper, Micrometers (Inside or Outside), Dial indicators, Bore gauge & Slip gauge and any special tools.
• Read and Understand P&ID or PFD, manual book or blue print isometric & orthographic drawing.
• Follow best work practices and all safety requirements and reporting nearmiss, unsafe condition and unsafe action.
• Member of fire fighter & rescue teams.

Responsibility :
• Perform routine maintenance such changing oil, Checking batteries, and lubricating equipment and Machinery.
• Diagnoses equipment problems and determines repairs needed.
• Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, and streamline work processes.

• Repairs, overhauls, Maintains, and services diesel powered vehicles, heavy trucks, heavy constructions equipment, graders, dump trucks, Forklift and excavators.
• Repairs, overhauls, Maintains and services fuel injection system, exhaust systems, cooling systems, air conditioning system, lubrication systems, engine control systems, major internal engine repair or overhaul, installation and alignment of engine and machinery.
• Repairs, overhauls, maintains and services drive trains and final drives, hydraulic, transmissions, power take-offs, tracked vehicle suspensions and streering, vehicle brake system, wheel-mounted vehicle suspension and streering.
• Practices workplace safety.
• Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions.
• Determine extend of repair required.
• Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts.
