9. EPC Contract for 165 km of 24" oil export pipeline in Republic of Iraq, with CPP, China
includes Oil trunklines, 7 off Block Valve Stations, Fiber optical cables, tie-in points in existing Iraqi Strategic Pipeline, new designed Badra Tank Farm, Leak detection system based on negative wave detection, solar panel based power distribution system, integration with Central Process Facility SCADA.
8. FEED for Water Intake System from Tigris River in Republic of Iraq, with PunjLloyd, India-UAE
includes Water Intake Facility, equipped with potable water storage tanks, water treatment system, diesel fuel facility, accommodations etc. Also water 65 km pipeline with 1 intermediate Block Valve station.
7. Contract Kashagan Trunkline and Flow Lines - EPC 2, 3, 4, & FFD-PI with Saipem SpA, Italy
includes Oil and Gas trunklines, Power and Fiber optical cables, Methanol/Chemicals umbilicals between Onshore Process Facility and Offshore production island: 200 km subsea installation, and 25 km underground onshore. Associated subsystems: cathodic protection, SCADA system (Invensys), telecomm system, ESD system, overhead power line 10kV, low voltage power distribution, HVAC for AGI shelters, heat tracing.
6. Pig Trap Skids Procurement, Fabrication and Assembly Contract with KCOI LLP, KZ, Aktau
Project value is 30 Million USD, EPF contract for the detailed engineering and fabrication of 8 pipeline pig trap skids and associated piping and structure. Responsibilities included actins as part of AKCO engineering team in the management of the contract during the execution phase followed up by acceptance of the ready skids and sailing away to D-island.
5. Service Contract, Hydrate management predictive software system (Island A to Complex Island D) with SPT Group, Norway
Project Engineering on the supply of state of the art pipeline hydrate management software and associated hardware. Responsibilities included direct daily management of the contractor, attending weekly project progress meetings, timely approvals of the engineering and suppliers' deliverables as well as arrangement of shipment of hardware in RoK from Norway, negotiations of proposals and issuance of variation orders.
4. Cutting and oily water treatment facility belonging to Agip KCO. Modification of existing control systems for:
• Diesel Fuel Storage and Distribution system (40 signals, stand alone PLC)
• Fire Water/Foam Systems (vendor package, based on in-house design)
