* Provide leadership and guidance on defined strategies, policies and programs to the GroupTalent
Management team, the schools as well as senior leadership

* Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition Team and the School HR Officers to execute the TA strategy and
optimize the team’s ability to achieve overall delivery, quality, diversity and cost objectives.
* Help build Aldar Education brand across the region and strengthen relationships with stakeholders and

processes, deployment and mobilization of employees to respective contracts.
