Work with the Sales Manager to understand specific account requirements, taking into consideration the client's preferences.
Work with the Recruiting Manager to ensure smooth workflow and team cohesion
Work with talent acquisition department to make sure information provided by the recruiters and data collected is of the best possible quality for our recruiting and sales efforts.
Process Quality Management by reviewing all submittals to ensure only high-quality profiles are presented to our clients.
Track all sales, communications and opportunities in the CRM system.
Create and execute strategies to develop business with new and existing clients (cold calls, prospecting, preparing and presenting proposals…)
Assist in the recruitment process whenever needed (Interviews, review CVs)

- Screen CVs, identify and select the best candidates for the client requirement
- Conduct interviews with identified candidates
- Manage presence in social networking sites including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and other similar sites.
- Create and post job ads
- Help in addressing Candidates questions on cost of living/ Client / Project
- Collect personnel documentation, review and ensure the processing of new hire paperwork and visa documents
- Ensure that all necessary reports and documentation are supplied in the agreed format to the Client
- Ensure that the highest standards of confidentiality are maintained regarding client and candidate information
