 Gathering credit cards with their statements and preparing journal vouchers for all credit cards, third parties and bank receipts
 Checking and closing all purchases
 Human Resources tasks: Checking stores schedules, gathering all punches, preparing summary for each employee in order to proceed with the payroll, entering payroll on the payroll system, contacting branches and organizing their annual leaves and weekly offs
