Finance & Administration Manager
To effectively and efficiently manage the company's HR, financial, administration, IT, accounting functions for the business to achieve its targets and ensure they are in line with best practices and Group rules. Make sure Health, Safety, Environment and Quality policies of the Group are always followed within the Division. Negotiate with insurance companies and make sure all risk is covered by insurance policies. Liaise with the company's lawyer and follow up on legal matters. Ensure General Assemblies take place in adequate timing and are supported with adequate documentation. Negotiate with banks and financial institutions and make sure contracts are respected.
