antenatal, postnatal and immunization schedules | Encouraging residents to seek PHC services | Collecting data to monitor
outcomes and contributing to MOPH drop-outs analysis | Supporting MPPH PHC departments and EPI points in supplementary
and accelerated immunization activities | Supporting AIA activities and outreach staff collecting MERA data
Project: Improving Maternal Newborn Children Adolescents Health Access in North Lebanon

Raising awareness about vaccination focusing on children seeking the Measles and MMR vaccines in PHCs and school
Promoted and ensured patient satisfaction by implementing a patient-centered care approach. Responsibilities included:
