• Recruiting and deploying registered nurses and nurse aids for the Corona project in community isolation centers and governmental hospitals
• Close coordination with WHO regarding the distribution of staff and deployment
• Reporting daily to WHO the activities of the governmental hospitals and isolation centers
• Daily contact and follow-up with directors and nursing directors about any issues and challenges with the staff deployed.
• Monthly check-ups on staff schedules to collaborate with the accountant about the payment.
• Doing assessment visits requested by WHO (hospitals, community isolation centers, elderly homes)
• Participating in the health meeting.
• Taking charge of governmental hospitals
• Led a sub-component project for the twelve governmental hospitals: Pulse oximetry project, capacity building for mental health sessions, staff care, and educational classes….
