The above organization is a retail company deals in Mobile & Tablet and IT Accessories. I was working as Online Sales Manager and taking care of company's online business for UAE, India & Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. KRA includes the complete responsibility of company's online business i.e. sales, orders tracking, production, dispatch, new catalogue, promotions and coordination with Account Managers of different-2 marketplaces. Key Achievements in above organization: Increased the product catalogue five times of the existing catalogue. Increased the sales ten times of the existing sales value & volume. Initiated and started online business in India with Ecommerce companies and did well in terms of order volume and sales. Sole in-charge for expanding business in KSA; office & business setup in the capital Riyadh and successfully started the business within 3 months and was really getting more business than UAE.
The above organization was having a distributorship for whole UAE for a Turkish brand called BEKO Home & Kitchen appliances. I was employed as Showroom Manager / Sales Manager for company's showroom KRA was complete store/showroom management from store opening to closing; Store operations, sales, promotions, exports, invoicing, online sales and order tracking, customer queries and complaints, product info etc.
Job profile includes Product Management & Distribution of work to the team. Responsible for all the fresh data uploads and making them live on website. All kinds of Modifications like Pricing & Images of the existing products. Managing report of all the clients which includes Expiry/Renewal of their contracts with the company.
