- Calibration & configuration of different field transmitters like Pressure transmitter, differential pressure transmitter, temperature transmitter, level troll, radar level transmitter & I/P & P/I converter.
- Checking of different field switches like pressure, temperature, proximity, flow, limit and level switches.
- Familiar with calibrator apparatus of Hart Communicator 275-375, advanced modular calibrator GE Make Druck DPI 620, Fluke Digital Multi meter, Dead Weight Tester, hand pump- DPI 610.
- Worked on H2s/So2 ratio analyzer make of Ametex.
- Worked on vibration system make of Bentley Nevada 3500 & Steam turbine blower make of Kawasaki.
- Worked on Saab tank radar, TRL2 & Wireless Tank gauging system make of Rosemount
- Basic knowledge of D.C.S Foxboro I/A Series, Tricon fault tolerant system & PLC Micrologix 5000.
- Able to read P&ID, ILD, FBD, & Hook up Drawing.
- Instruments installation, pre commissioning & commissioning activities of field instrument.\
- Involved in loop checking, plant startup activities & trouble shooting.
- Replacement of pneumatic field instrument with electronic instruments.
- Maintenance of different types of Control valve different type Globe, Ball, Butterfly, Diaphragm & Needle Type Valves.
- Calibration of valve positioners both pneumatic as well as smart.
➢ Presently I am working In Kharafi National (KUWAIT) at K.N.P.C (MAB REFINERY) from 16/07/2014 to Till Date, As an InstrumentTechnician

➢ Calibration of different field transmitters like Pressure transmitter, differential pressure transmitter, displacer level transmitter, temperature transmitter.
➢ Checking of different field switches like pressure, temperature, proximity, flow, limit and level switches.
➢ Worked in Utility section having Air compressors, Chillers, Boiler, Thermal heaters, Nitrogen plant etc.
➢ Calibration of I/P converter.
➢ Instruments installation, loop checking and commissioning of various types of process instruments.
➢ Maintenance of different types of actuators like diaphragm and rotary.
➢ Maintenance of solenoid valves.
➢ Calibration of valve positioners both pneumatic as well as smart.
➢ Able to work independently.
