• Review and approve of all the Engineering deliverable / non-deliverable documents from technical & quality points of view. Review comments on Vendor, multidisciplinary drawings.
• Planning, executing, directing, monitoring & controlling the deliverables of the project with Quality and Safety Standards.
• Responsible for the review of Piping drawings including 3D Models, Drawings (Layouts, Plot Plans, GADs, Isometrics) and Piping MTOs.
• Responsible for the production/review of Piping deliverables such as Study Reports, Design Calculations, Stress Analysis Reports, PMS and Piping Material/Fabrication Specifications/Procedures, Material Requisitions and Technical Bid Evaluations

Working as Senior Piping Engineer for Pre-FEED study for FLNG.
• Develop & prepare plant layouts with large size modules through conceptual study to complete sufficient design effort to assess the feasible technical and operational concept.
• Design and selection of topside process equipment, process modules, and modular piperacks, including preliminary equipment/system footprints and weights.
• Establishing a level one EPC execution schedule.
• Set design basis for FEED.

Client: BRADFORD COUNTY REAL ESTATE PARTNERS LLC(NFE), PA (USA)
Worked as Lead Piping Engineer spearheaded the Detail Engineering of $800 million Project.
In charge of the team and budget.
Planning, executing, directing, designing, monitoring & controlling the piping activities to produce piping deliverables of the project to meet project Schedule. Modularization of Piperack and piping Skids to advance project schedule.
Managing inter-discipline and interoffice Interface.
Responsible for manpower handling, scheduling, progress monitoring, and piping deliverables.
I completed the project before the deadline, exceeded my targets, and made this project a profitable project.

Managed successfully completed major critical packages like Offshore LNG Unloading Arm, HP LNG Pump, N2 Generation Package, Captive Power Plant(gas), BOG compressor, WHRU, Non-API pumps, multiple bulk items with the overall cost of more than $ 15 million dollars.
Meeting cost, quality, and delivery objectives.

• Loading Data for Pipe rack, Cleat information.
• Inter-departmental interfaces with Process, Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical & Civil for design activities like P&IDs, Electrical & Instrument layouts, Civil & Mechanical deliverables.

Deputed to Milan (Italy) for the study of FEED Package, the Plant includes:

1. 2 Polypropylene Plants, 2 Polyethylene Plants, LDPE Unit.
2. Separate units for Purification and Extrusion.
3. Offsite and Utility Area.
4. Ethylene Cracker Unit.

Actively involved in following activities:

• Preparation of FEED Documents.
• Preparation of General Plot Plan, Interface Drawing.
• Maintaining day to day engineering interface between various engineering centres for the project.
• Preparation of Overall Site Construction Drawing for Contractors.

Worked as AREA Engineer for Purification, Refrigeration and Co-catalyst Unit. Responsible for the complete detail engineering of “COMMON AREA” which includes Purification of Raw Materials, Catalyst unloading and distribution, Propylene Refrigeration area of PE & PP plants, also:
• Routing of Pipes as per the system requirements using P&ID’s.
• Equipment Modelling in PDS of Heat Exchangers, Vessels, Pumps, Tanks etc.
• Interdisciplinary coordination.
• Review & comment on 3D model using Design Review.
• Updating client comments on 3D model.
• Resolving “CLASH REPORTS”.
