Activities undertaken for the above include but not limited to:
Management and Coordination of Engineering, Procurement & Construction
Define, Assess, Manage and implement KPIs / BSCs to drive team performance towards achieving project objectives
Develop and Compile Statement of Requirement (SOR) for the proposed work on behalf of the client as may be requested.
Establish project team, defining roles and responsibilities
Implement effective internal and external project communication
Implement effective exchange of information and manage client / vendor / corporate management interfaces
Agree criticality of work & Identify priorities (Integrated Asset Planning; Develop&Manage Shutdown & Non-Shutdown Plans)
In conjunction with discipline leads, prepare an estimate for the work
Lead and Conduct Project & Interface Meetings; pursuing actions to close out
Coordinate HAZIDs / HAZOPs / SILs as necessary pursuing actions to close out
Construction risk reviews prior to formal issue of work-packs

Harding Area Gas Project (HAGP): Major Overhaul & Refurbishment of Production Platform

 Proactive resource planning and management
 Supporting the EPC Project Management activities
 Coordinating action items to close out
 Interface coordination of multidiscipline engineers to ensure consistency with scope and compliance with Project delivery

 Responsible to initiate and undertake Brownfield & Greenfield project engineering activities, from conceptualization, front end engineering through to commissioning including tendering and contract management.
 Prepare scopes of work for new projects in conjunction with Project Sponsors, Operations and other client departments
 Prepare project execution plans and determine contract strategies required for engineering, procurement and construction activities.
 Preside over progress meetings, develop minutes and follow up action points
 Produce project schedules and agree with client departments
 Monitor and report progress during all project phases, carrying out site visits as required
 Resolving Technical Queries and developing Bid/Contract clarifications

- On-board Project Engineer (DLB Rosamunde) Pipeline re-routing project for Exxonmobil's Ubit Wellhead platforms

International Assignment (Paris, France) as interface coordinator with Stolt Offshore (now known as Acergy) on Joint Venture Project (Shell OGGS - 32Km of 24" Gas Gathering Pipeline)

International Assignment (Lowestoft, East Anglia, England, UK) as Project Engineer on Joint Venture Project (Mobil Wellhead Platform Revamp Project) with KYE

International Assignment to Ironopolis Engineering, (Teesside, Middlesbrough, UK) as Deputy Project Manager on Joint Venture Project (Chevron SOWIP - Design, Procurement & Fabrication of Water Injection Platform)

 Created and implemented contractor pre-qualification templates outlining assessment criteria to match projects’ resource requirements
 Developed contracting and project management strategy aligned to achieve scope objectives
 Successfully implemented stringent control measures to keep schedule slippage and contract variations within minimum tolerance
 Developed project justification for management presentations to achieve subsequent approvals for project execution; achieved several project approvals there from.
 Undertake offshore field trips with operations and maintenance personnel to collate inputs for the Idoho Platform Modifications project work scope
