Our role as vessel operations coordinator aims at
establishing of communication with ship owner and the
concerned parties at the port for planning of port call
that involves vessel registration, vessel berthing, planning
of resources for commencing cargo load/discharge
operations.
• To follow as per Bahri standards, especially
documentation flow maintained with all the necessary
steps.
• Identify husbandry requirements from the vessel and
coordinate with husbandry team for service delivery.
• Create job file for port call and ensure that all
Agency/Husbandry services rendered are recorded in
the system for billing process.
• Facilitate port entry for cargo and technical surveyor,
ballast water testing, hot work permit and any other
services required by ship master.
• Liaise with branch and commercial team to find the best
solutions to offer clients.
• Validation of ship certificates and ensure all certificates
are valid for fulfillment of the local authorities
requirements.• Handle Agency nomination and communicate with
ship
principal for agency nomination acceptance.
• Collect pre-arrival documents from the ship for the
completion of ship call registration
• Update the ship master about the berth/line up plan.
• Maintain ship activity record and update milestones for
generating daily operations report

Hold a means of communication with principal and local agency for
smooth husbandry activities for vessels
Well qualified for handling for handling all bunkering operations with
optimized report creation and handling all bunkering operations from
the beginning till the end

Gained exposure to various aspects of airport operations including
terminal management, ground handling, air traffic control, and runway
maintenance
Participate in the day-to-day management of passenger terminals,
focusing on passenger services, baggage handling, security checks,
and
overall passenger experience
