Production Engineer in ASPHALT HOT MIX PLANT
RESPONSIBILITES:
Technical:
• Evaluating equipment requirements from time to time based on project requirements and mobilizing the same with operating staff.
• Proper deployment of Plant&Machinery, Close monitoring & execution of Mechanical works to maintain Low down time & zero Ideal time.
• Ensure all the Plants i.e., Crusher Plant, Batching Plant, &Wet Mix Plant are working in good conditions and Erection.
• Ensure all the Tippers and Machineries like Excavators, Motor Graders, JCB and Loader are working in good conditions.
• Over seeing Fabrication works.
• Handling Hydraulic repair works for all Heavy Machinery& measures for preventive Breakdown.
• Over seeing Fabrication works for excavator buckets, crushers etc.
Managerial:
• Familiar with all project management processes.
• Ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.
• Preparation & Monitoring of Daily Weekly Progress Report to measure the performance progress.
• Resolving interdepartmental engineering & construction clashes by coordinating with engineering team, consultant, client and attending regular review meetings & Coordination with procurement Team.
Professional with Mechanical engineering back ground and 3 years of experience in production, maintenance, planning, team&resource management.
Excellent interpersonal negotiation skills with strong problem solving & organizational abilities :
• Ensure all the Plants i.e., Crusher Plant, Batching Plant, Wet Mix Plant and Hot Mix Plant are working in good conditions and Errection
• Ensure all the Tippers and Machineries like Excavators, Motor Graders, JCB and Loader are working in good conditions.
• Ensure all the documents pertaining to RTO for Tippers and Machineries are updated.
• Ensure that all the spares for Plants, Machineries and Tippers are requested and ordered as per the requirements and following with the vendors for supply the spares in time.
• Ensure that the Plants, Machineries and Tippers are serviced in time to time by following up with the concerned service engineers.
• Evaluating equipment requirements from time to time based on project requirements and mobilizing the same with operating staff.
• Close monitoring of machinery positioning for optimum utilization.
• Evaluation equipment performance, output and operating costs.
• Tracking fuel consumption and exploring avenues to minimize the same.
• Ensure that the materials are properly carried out in Metallurgy, Pre and Post Machining Processes.
• Over seeing Fabrication Works.
RESPONSIBILITES:
• Initiating contact with customer, identifying their needs &providing them with appropriate service from the beginning to the end of a project.
• Follows-up on current customer jobs to make sure they are completed to the customer's satisfaction.
• Close monitoring & maintenance of machinery positioning for optimum utilization
• Ensure that all the Agricultural Pumps get repaired in Time.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure that the materials are properly carried out in Metallurgy, Pre and Post Machining Processes.
• Over seeing Fabrication Works.
I also hold a certificate in diploma in mechanical engineering which was passed out at distinction. In-spite of passing out the B.TECH from PRESTIGIOUS COLLEGE/UNIVERSITY in second class , i have vast knowledge and good grip on practicality of the subject. I am a youngster who holds professionally a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering interested in using my experience to help a Mechanical Machinery based Organization meet its goals through sound engineering practices, continuous improving, scientific tendency, with good team work and with friendly people.
