• ERP and CRM Pre-Sales responsibilities including demonstrations, preparing estimation and proposals

• Manage data migration which need as per the projects which includes and not limited to:

• Develop BI report using MS power view, Power BI tool, excel sheet and SharePoint
• Streamline HCM, human resources and payroll processes for the Educational, Hospitality, Financial, and Government industries to manage Hiring, Recruitment, Human Resource Management, payroll, training and career planning for the Middle East region.
• Responsible for pre-sales and HCM implementation end to end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics AX
• Manage milestone delivery and responsible for customer relationship management as the point of contact for the client. Having ensured high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage a team of resources and responsible for resource hiring and team building and mentoring the team members to achieve the project objectives. Define employee career plans and the growth of the team with the latest product versions to ensure employee retention while minimizing employee turnover.
• Conduct the business process Analysis session (BPA) and define the as is and to be scenarios for HR & Payroll implementation.
• Conduct the user training and user acceptance test.
• Hands on configure and implement the following module in AX2009 and AX2012 (HR, Payroll, Expense Management, Questionnaire).
• Define the Functional design document in case there is any customization.
• Work closely with development team to deliver the required customization as per the agreed design.
Product Management responsibility:
• Define HR & Payroll product strategy and road-map in collaboration with business owners.
• Answering the RFP (Request for Proposal) and conducting a pre-sales demo.
• Write detailed business requirements documents for new features and functionality.
• Maintain documentation on product features and ensure appropriate communication on new features to all business stakeholders (My implementation team and customer as well).
• Testing and sign off of features prior to roll out to the live site.
My main role as a Software Consultant I’ve been involved in Business and Technical sides as follows, In Business side I worked as a Functional Consultant carrying out ongoing Business Cycles, Business Modules, Workflows, Translate Functional Requirements into AXAPTA Technical Design, Business Requirements Mapping, Data Model Design & Tables Structures, Prepare Functional Requirements & Mapping Documents, Conducting Workshops.
In Technical side I worked as Technical Consultant on SAGE carrying out ongoing Development tasks, Development Activities, Customize & Configure Sage Business Applications based on Customers Requirements Using Visual Basic Programming Language, Unit Test. Have a very good experience in MS SQL Server Database.
Excellent background in MS AX from Administration and Security sides such as Installation, Configuration, Creating Users, Grant / Revoke Permissions…ect.
Hands on experience of MS AX Human Resource Module, Sage Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, Administration, Sage Upgrade to Latest Version Line 500 7.1
Perform MS AX (HR & Payroll Module)functional training for End Users & Super users.
Perform Sage Technical training (Visual Basic, Crystal Report) for End Users & Super Users, And have a very good training skills.
Strong Knowledge of MS AX and SAGE architecture & Data model, excellent data migration skills for Sage & MS AX.
Doing implementation and consultuncy on Sage Line500 ERP.
Handle all the support activity related to Sage Line500 ERP and assist on the net work tasks.
