Responsible for all operational workflows including inventory, purchasing, demand planning, efficiency of
warehouse utilization, labor and warehouse stuff, run the cycle count and adhoc count. Etc
Responsible for maintain smooth loading and unloading receiving and goods delivery.

Set forecast and Request all foreign and local purchase order
Increase inventory turns, reduce waste, and optimize warehouse service.
Updating and Maintaining Warehouse Assets record.
Provide top management with daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual reports showing the inventory
status such as dented stock, over stock, aging stock, reservation stock… etc.
Responsible for day to day monitoring, checking and reporting all stock issues of 10, 000, 000 KD stock value.
Set a new policy and procedure for the inventory process to maximize profits.
Prepare a monthly, quarterly and yearly P& L / sales / margin / aging reports.
Review and confirm all stock transaction and posting for LTO, LTI, SALES, RETURN, RESERVED, STOCK AGE & MARGIN.
Conduct weekly meeting with top management to review inventory key performance indicators.
Evaluate Supplies and purchase new inventory items while tracking the quality, quantity, type, and style to reduce shelf life.
Ensuring the right amount of stock is available to meet customer demand while avoiding overstock items; which ties up cash and creates storage issues.
Accountable for day to day operational issues, ensuring results are delivered according to set targets, whilst maximizing utilization of staff on site.
Ensure that all inventory guidelines policies & procedure are accurately met and conducted.
Establish and maintain effective inventory control methods and macro level administration of warehouses inventory issues.
Control ordering, avoids overstocks and support administration.
Supervise cycle count & unit count.
Follow up with warehouse staff and buyer Department for any issue related price or quantity discrepancies or delay of any supplier payment.
Training the inventory matching team on the Invoice matching and other tasks.
Suggests changes in working conditions using computer applications to increase efficiency.
Detects and resolves inventory problems.
Oversees the preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly inventory reports.
Coordinates with the procurement team for processing requisition on Department consumables.
Ensures Shipping, receiving, storage, inspections and inventory are performed in an efficient and quality manners.
Report promptly on tasks completed individually and ensures probable discrepancies are brought to the attention of the Workcenter Manager.
Manage all damaged products ensuring all damaged cases are properly received and/or segregated, labeled, moved into designated damage container(s) / locations (s). Ensure damaged cases are moved properly in Exceed.
Furnishing Monthly/Weekly Inventory Balance/Expiry reports to the clients
Ensures sample checks are carried out on received materials for quantity verifications.
Ensures new stocks are properly moved to Yard/ Warehouse/ Stores Storage locations
Ensures Quality check done by QC’s on quality of Packing, marking and labeling is done correctly.
Updating and Maintaining Warehouse Assets record.
Ensures received materials are tallying with those received from the suppliers if placed in stores.
Support the top management on various committees to extend the enterprise for best / next practices
Read and screen incoming correspondence and reports; make preliminary assessment and take the necessary action.
Assist store manager and associates in the achieving of a favorable customer shopping experience and associate interest in customer service/relations.
Follow through on sales plans in full support of division merchandising programs.
Work closely with department heads, keeping them informed of matters that affect them and their performance, both individually and departmentally.
Assess the Workcenter ability to meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, cleanliness, food safety and regulatory compliance.
