• Schedule market visits on weekly and Daily basis to all outlets for training including remote areas.
• Monitor competitors actions and situation (prices and introduction of new models and promotion).
• Establish relationship with customers’ sales officers and store managers.
• Review products information with promoters in the market on each visit.
• Report any missing or damaged product or stand and follow up with sales for placing orders for missing models.
• Recommend additional material to improve display.
• Monitor our promoters in the market and evaluate them.
• Provide weekly progress report on market situation and issues, also report actions.
• Visit remote area quarterly for display auditing and training purposes.
• Supervise, control and monitor the sales team for their work performance and evaluate them on monthly basis and report them to the management.
Responsible of training and evaluating more than 50 promoters and salesmen through out the Eastern Providence of Saudi Arabia which included assuring promoters and salesmen promoting, marketing, advertisement skills and customer care.
