•Motivating another workforce, providing communications, and taking measures to ensure that all elements were cooperating and coordinating efforts for maximum efficiency and quality
•Managing operations as per the set standards; experience of developing procedures for operational excellence; maintains working knowledge of policies to ensure duties of self and others are performed safely.
•Communicating workplace safety precautions to employees.
•Making sure that business operations continue leadership for the project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
