We, MAK Real Estate Portfolio, are part of the Al Kharafi Group, operating in the countries; Kuwait, Qatar, Lebanon, Egypt, Syria, Bulgaria and Gambia. Factories Division. From October 2003 - December 2011
Factories Division, part of the Al Kharafi Group is operating steel structures factory and prefab houses & furniture factory. We also have real estate operations dealing with real estate properties in Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. Our subsidiary Al Kharafi Projects Co. is holding AUTOMAK Automotive Co., PROMAK General Trading & Contracting Co., MAK Group-Finance Co. and MAK Logistics .
Duties & Responsibilities: −
Finance & Accounts
• Overall operation of accounting, including financial reports and annual budgeting.
• Analysis of financial statements and preparation of management reports.
• Complete analysis of financial results and develop recommendations.
• Prepare and maintain regular financial planning reports; monthly P&L forecast (vs. budget) and cash flow forecast
• Prepare and maintain accounting and financial reporting of the group; quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements according to the IFRS.
• Oversee cash flow planning. Ensure the availability of funds as needed and support efficient management of working capital and cash flow.
• Oversee long-term budgetary planning and costs management in alignment with company’s strategic plan.
• Preparing the budget estimates for the various activities of the plant (sales, production - procurement, liquidity) and try to solve the problems and obstacles facing the achievement of the objectives of the budget
• Develop and maintain the necessary processes for appropriate internal controls and effective financial control
•Manage the preparation and support of all external audits; communicate with company’s external auditors, the preparation and review of financial statements
• Oversee banking relationships, liaison with auditors and statutory organizations.
• Supervision over the periodical verification of inventory & assets
• Directing & controlling of costing of projects & cost coding
Admin:
• Implementation of admin policies and systems
• Monitoring control over the application of admin procedures as per the company bylaw
• Review & approve for all the government & public relations affairs of the company
• Administer all the work related to employees’ contracts, benefits, performance, etc
• Recruitment & training of employees as per the HR policies
• Control and audit accounting operations according to IFRS.
• Control Internal system of company
• Preparation of financial statements.(Balance sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow )

• Shift the manual accounting system to computers system.
• Following all Government Issue like Taxation to company & employees, sales tax, customs … etc
