Overall Job Function
 In charge of customer service and logistic department
 Responding to all customer inquiries and delivering appropriate information and referring to appropriate concern departments or people
 Focused on delivering excellence service, obtaining feedback from customers, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
 Assist and support sales team in daily basis
 Coordinating with sales team, production, accounts payable (cash and credit collections organized). and all other departments within the business to ensure that: customer and business requirements are met,
 Supply Chain Operations management:
• Optimize inventory, ensure product stock is adequate and can cover direct demand from customers
• Responsible for organizing and managing the activities involved in distribution of products locally and globally
• Secure shipping costs from forwarders
• Handling & supervise all traffic activities of export & local shipments,
• Coordinate with production team to schedule and plan products distribution
• Prepares shipping documents for export Orders Air, Sea, land shipment
• Manage and plan dispatch/delivery
• Invoice and close orders
