Brief Description of Responsibilities:
Managing, coordinating, reporting and following all the activities in the project to finish it on
• a planned time.
Managing staff in accordance with the scope of work requirements and developing their skills and motivate them.
Oversees and follow organizational planning through identifying, documenting and assigning project roles, take responsibilities and issue reports, mobilization planning (taking in consideration the safety instructions).
Oversees and control the way of executed work on the sites through the office and sites visiting.
Getting the qualified subcontracts and make contracts with them build on budgeting rules.
Coordinate with all different unites (procurement, human resources and all business units) to be sure all of project requirements go on as planned.
•participate major agreements negotiations and approvals with suppliers, and request to get materials in a specific time as planned
Oversees the development and implementation of the risk management framework in order to identify, analyze and evaluate and manage risks.
Oversees and requesting QS to follow project BOQ and invoicing in a proper time to keep the project funding as planned.
Keeping in touch with clients and consultants and providing them always by reports around the progress of work in the project and getting the solutions for any troubles, risk, funds problems fall in them or may be face them later.
Attend the monthly meeting with the top management (COO, CEO and chairman) and provide them by brief summary about the situation of projects

As above mentioned the group is specialized in marble and stone field, plus manufacturing and executing the whole contracting process to private projects.
Responsible of project execution (Site Engineer, QS, Procurement, and Site Management)
