Projects: Management Residential Project:
Managing the design and the construction of various projects by coordinating with the design & construction teams to ensure timely completion and on-site implementation of design deliverables, submittal reviews, and other technical input throughout the project cycle.
Ensuring that all quality, health, safety, environmental requirements, and progress are followed on the projects in coordination with the planning team, QAQC team, supervision consultant, H.S.E. team, environmental team, and other relevant stakeholders.
Managing contracts, variations, payments, and other commercial aspects of the projects in coordination with the commercial team.
Assisting in bidding for new projects and involving in the preparation of tender proposals as needed.
Projects: Farms, Factories, and Company’s Private Projects:
Directing and organizing overall project activities, costs, and improvement.
Associating strategic plans are executed and completed as per predetermined schedules to achieve targeted goals and objectives.
Projects: KAUST & Thuwal Development Projects:
Leading the renovation and the quality standards for (M.E.P., H.S.E., Fire System, and Civil works) of the entire vacant unit’s inside KAUST Project.
Assigned as a Projects Engineer for civil, safety, architect, and environmental impact assessment with Thuwal development projects.
Projects: Kingdom Stadiums Projects.
Review typical stadiums conceptual drawings and temporary facilities design,
Conduct bid evaluations for procurement of design services, constructions contracts, and material purchase,
Projects: King Abdul-Aziz International Airport:
Supervising the architectural and civil works of King Abdul-Aziz International Airport’s project and attending Hill International CO. Professional Development Program.
Project: King Abdullah University of since and technology:
Coordinating between the construction, maintenance, and operation team when the contractor commissions the buildings to the Facilities Management Division “KAUST project.” In addition to surveying the site as a civil engineer to find issues.
