♦ Preparation of project quality plan and supervision of all amendments and revisions.

♦ Preparing Project Quality Plan as per (SOW) scope of work, monitoring and controlling
♦ Quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of the projects
♦ Prepare the Method statement and Inspection test plan documents and Implement at work site
♦ Organizing Project Materials Approval
♦ Review submitting AFC/Shop & Vendor drawings
♦ Materials Inspection review and verify that the supply of materials is in compliance with the material approval submission (MAS), according to the project Specifications & Standard
♦ Coordinate Civil & MEP Inspection, Testing and check list verification
♦ Manage and closer the Non- conformance report (NCR), Corrective Action Request (CAR)
♦ Provides weekly and monthly quality reports

♦ Implementing project quality plan, and quality procedures on HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting and other mechanical constructions/installations works
♦ Maintains quality awareness of the project mechanical specifications, drawings and design criteria
♦ Perform quality assurance procedures for review and inspection of installations throughout the project period
♦ Reviews vendor material submittals, as well as subcontractor methodologies
♦ Assists in defining the process for execution of engineering activities related to all types of mechanical systems
♦ Coordinates and reviews Method Statement and Inspection Test Plan (ITP)

♦ Preparation of Method Statement, Inspection Test Plan
♦ Preparation of technical submittals for all materials related to mechanical discipline for consultant’s review and approval
♦ Coordinate with suppliers to ensure that materials are delivered according to project schedule
♦ Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all attached documents are current status
♦ Ensure all work is correctly prepared prior to any inspection being undertaken
♦ Review all inspection reports for compliance
♦ Ensure pipe materials and fittings installed at site are as per approved material submittal
♦ Coordinate with the site engineers to ensure installations are done as per approved drawings
♦ Issue defect findings to subcontractors through SnagR software and close them all prior to FIR approval
♦ Assist the QC manager and construction manager in resolving any discrepancies and ambiguities
♦ Review work procedures and method statements for compliance with good work practices
♦ The issuance of nonconformance reports in conjunction with the site QC manager
♦ Assist the site QC manager in the organization, maintenance and control of the quality system
♦ The completion of QC site instructions and coordinate their closure, review of inspection test packages during the course of construction activities.
Project : (NDIA) New Doha International Airport - CP18 Project, Main Terminal & Concourses A, B, C (Client: Qatar Airways, Consultant: Overseas Bechtel Inc.)
♦ Perform daily inspections as per specifications and approved drawings for all works under scope
♦ Carry out inspection and ensuring activity at site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan
♦ Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and site in-charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including closure of Non-Compliance Report
♦ Report to the QA/QC Manager
♦ Issue defect findings to subcontractors through ZUTEC software and follow up for their closure
♦ Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents
♦ Responsible for closure of Non-conformance, NCR and Site Instruction, SI
♦ Responsible in the quality and workmanship of every activities, thorough knowledge of all phases of engineering construction interfacing the multidisciplinary operations.
Project : (NDIA) New Doha International Airport - CP19 Project, Emiri Terminal, Parking Structure & Mosque (Client: Qatar Airways, Consultant: Overseas Bechtel Inc.)
Overseeing activities based on work schedule
♦ Undertaking surveys setting out sites
♦ Checking technical/shop drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
♦ Co‐ordinate and control the day to day site operations, so as to provide a safe, secure and efficient working environment, ensuring
♦ Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff and solving problems on site

♦ Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and the pricing of materials
