At Present I am working as Chief Accountant Cum System Administrator since 1998 in Nassier Group which consist on House of Donut and Thamarat Catering. Present Company is a Fast Food chain business through out the Gulf and Middle East, Moreover 150 outlets, One Central Warehouse and 11 Branch Warehouse all over the Kingdom as well as in Middle East. Having qualification experience to include computerized accounting and supervisory responsibilities with a proven record in budget preparation and the preparation of management and financial accounts, and able to identify improvements to the accounting process and recommend appropriate computerized financial packages

•Mainly responsible for Account section
• Raw Material Costing ( Raw material imported from USA and other Countries for Donuts)
* Communicate international suppliers
* Finish Product costing, all types donuts and pastries.
•Handling Trade payables local and International
•Monitor and prepare payments for consigned goods
•Maintain and monitor Cash Outflow
•Prepare monthly P&L and report to the top management.
*Analyze revenues, COS and expenses to ensure these are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis
•Prepare Bank Reconciliation.
••Submission of daily sales report and comparison statement to top management.
•Preparation of company Budget
•Preparation of Cash Budget on monthly basis
•Prepare Yearly Financial Statement and all Schedules for Management as well as external Auditors.
•In charge of the financial aspect like financial reports, budgets, costing.
•Analyze overall financial operation of the business
* System Administration in ERP System
*Analyze oracle data and GL interface data and find out errors.
• Gathering data of sales, purchase and others document related vat for monthly vat return. Submitting monthly vat return
• Monthly and Quarterly VAT Report and Ensuring appropriate provisions for Zakat & VAT and coordinating for final Certificates from the GAZT.

****ATLAST (ERP SYSTEM) ****- An integrated application comprises of different modules like Human Resource, Purchase, Production, Point of Sales, Receivable, Payable, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Preventive Maintenance, & General Ledger. which uses Oracle Database as backend. This ATLAST Application was installed in different Branches, Warehouse and different production & Sales Location using citrix connectivity by DSL for transferring of data and transactions.

•Assisted in the installation of Oracle Database 8.1.6 and ATLAST Application in the server.
•Assisted in data conversion from old Foxpro System to Oracle Database
•Installation of ATLAST Application Client connection in all computer workstations (Head Office/Branches)
•Assisted and trained the users in using, entering and analyzing data in ATLAST.
*. Act as a functional lead and expert on ERP system, POS system and Restaurant System.
•Assisted in parallel testing of Foxpro System and ATLAST.
