PWorking as Sr. Director (Costing) in Morganti Group, one of the Multi-National leading consulting firms in the world from April 2015 onwards in the Project of KACST Headquarters Building, successfully oversee all cost analysis, Budget reviews, Preparation of Cashflow, Claim reviews, Risk Analysis, Payment Tracking, Certifying Payments, Value Engineering, Re-measurement tracking, preparation of Monthly Coat Reports for clients and preparation and presentation of Monthly Financial status of the project in Power point in the Management meeting client, etc. The total vlue of the project is SAR 600 Million including car parking.
