Maintenance specilist
Preventive & corrective maintenance of Slug Catcher Unit, Condensate Stabilization Unit, Acid Gas Removal Unit, Sulphur Recovery and Shell Claus Off gas Treating Unit, Dehydration and Mercaptan Removal Unit, NGL Extraction and Fractionation Unit,
LPG and Ethane Treating Unit.
• Start-up and maintenance of Gas & Steam Turbines, Heat Recovery Steam Generator, Compressors, Extruders, Dryers, Incinerators, etc
• Involved commissioning, start up and maintenance of Centrifugal Condensate recovery unit(New man turbo), Desalter, High Pressure separator, Low Pressure separators unit, Heater and oil process instrumentation utilities(tank vapour flare system, High pressure flare, fuel gas system, Plant and instrument air system, fresh water system, Brackish water system, Drain system, Fire water system, Plant power system)
• Involved Calibration, loop check, pre commissioning, start up and maintenance oil process instrumentation utilities such as Boiler make CCT (Capacity 75t/h), Heater(Foster wheel) Air Compressors (Make Elliott, Demag.) Etc.
Involved Calibration, loop check, pre commissioning, start up and maintenance process instrumentation such as Air separation Unit (Air Product).
• Carrying out SAT(site acceptance test), inspection of all Instruments for MAC (mechanical completion), witness of Calibration, loop checking & functional tests on behalf of Sabic O.E.D (Operations and Expansion Department and P.M.T). Carry out preventive and routine maintenance and functional tests in accordance with maintenance procedures on a variety of equipment and loops
• calibration of pressure instrument dead weight tester, pressure gauge pressure transducer and pressure transmitter using Budenberg oil dead weight tester, pressurement absolute air dead weight tester, portable pneumatic calibrator, multifunction pressure indicator, twin calibrating manoskope and digital barometer (air -0.25to20abs bar, oil- 1to1200bar, water 0to400bar),
• Calibration of Temperature using master thermometer, temperature bath, temperature calibrator (0to1200c),
• Calibration of density measuring instrument using hydrometer(0.6to 1.6g/cc), specific gravity bottle(50cm3), standard weights(0 to 50kg ),
• Calibration of flow meter using different density liquid as per volumetric and mass method
• Relative humidity(0 to100%), calibration of viscometer, flow cups and viscosity standards using viscosity standard (s200, N100, k20A), capillary viscometer(0.3 to 10^5) and falling ball viscometer(0.5to 10^5mpa)

• Calibration and maintenance of various pneumatic and electronic instrument like controller, control valves, transmitter and actuators etc. operation, maintenance, trouble shooting, calibration of process instruments like transmitters(pressure, differential pressure, flow, level ), flow meter(ultra sonic, vortex, mass, Electromagnetic)level measuring instrument(radar, ultrasonic, displacer)Temperature indicator(RTD, Thermocouple)and temperature transmitter.
