Online hotel reservations and bookings through GTA web based system.
. Preparing daily reports of the booking prepared through the system.
. Communicating with the hotels to ensure smooth stay for the guests.

• Preparing Excel and Word reports for the material tests conducted by the company.
• Filing of required documentation according to the company’s archival policies.
• Coordinating with the supervisors update them on the status of the test reports.
• Digitizing data from hard copies to excel reports.
