Analyzed the stock availability for jobs on hand and liaised with the purchase department to procure materials.
Prepared installation schedule and assigned teams as per their skill set, which involved liaising with sales and made sure all documents were available before teams left for installations. Took care of deliveries to be done on time before store closure.
Prepared production & operations plan - scheduled timelines as per project needs.
