2. Cost Saving Strategies:
Saved cost to the company by hiring all managerial and executive positions for head office and group
through headhunting candidates directly and minimizing the use of placement agencies.
3. High Retention Rate for Successfully Placed Candidates:
Achieved more than 80% retention rate for the candidates that I have placed across all sectors within the
group.
4. Internal Recruitment Team Management and Development:
Managed a team of recruiters/HR coordinators and trained them on the entire recruitment process.
5. Mass Recruitment Trips:
Organized and travelled to following countries for successful bulk hiring: Bangladesh, India, Kenya, Nepal,
Pakistan, Philippines, and Sri Lanka.
6. Ability to Influence Head of Department/Supervisors:
Continually liaising with supervisors/head of departments to ascertain key requirements and make
suggestions on ways to widen the candidate pool.
7. Policy Review Committee:
Part of the HR policy review committee that is actively engaged in framing policies and procedures according
to company guidelines and adhering to periodic amendments in Qatar labor law practices.
