Projects / Engineering:
Document Receiving and Registration
Co-ordination with entire Ship Building Team, Client, Engineering Contractors, Joint Venture Partners, Subcontractors, vendors, Project Management Team and Inter Departments on Document related issues
Control of Drawing / Other Documents Number issuance and maintenance of Document Register
Maintenance of Project Database
Classification, Sorting, Filing Archiving of documents
Preparation of Document Transmittal
Document Quality Checking
Maintenance of As-built Drawings and Archiving
Set-up a computerized document control & filing system for all project documentation. Compliance to in-house, Client Document control & Project coordination Procedure.
Finance:
Invoice receiving from the Suppliers
Documentation of the each invoice received (data entering to excel, labeling and scanning and follow up as per the process for closed and not closed invoices.
Payment release: such as All the cheque are been received from treasury team are being held with us for the release to the Suppliers, we do inform them the cheque details and handover the same.
All the payment voucher are properly entered in our tracker, scanned and saved in allocated and archived.
Overall, we are the main focal point and front end between Suppliers and Finance Team, we do give an update regarding the payments status whenever we need if information is available to Company Team and to the Suppliers.

* Receive the shipment of new items and ensure if all of them are in good condition.
* Checks materials, supplies, and reports when stock is low.
* Ensure that all activities in the store running properly by performing the maintenance, both in terms of
functionality or simply organizing the new items or available stuff in the store.
* Set each expenditure budget and can report to the manager about the financial condition of the store.
* Have the ability to store the products in order to avoid issues like the products’ improper placement.
