Duties and Responsibilities:

 To coordinate with the Contractors HSE personnel.
 To plan and carry out HSE inspection, to report any unsafe acts and conditions, ensure correct and proper recording of all inspections and finding.
 Participate in planned HSE meetings.
 Conduct HSE audits as per planned schedule, compile reports for HSE Managers review.
 Maintain the HSE management system, ensure filing and arching is in place and maintained.


 To ensure all necessary document, instructions and correspondences related to HSE will be issued in the professional and timely manner.
 Assist with accident incident investigation.
 Report weekly monthly as required by the HSE Manager.
 Determine the cause of an accident or dangerous occurrence and recommend means of preventing reoccurrence.

 Assist with safety/environment induction and training of all levels of employees on the project.

 Daily monitoring of the scaffold installed and updated weekly the scaffold tag to ensure that they follow company procedure particularly the installation / erection and dismantling of the scaffold.

 Ensure good housekeeping throughout the period of work.

 Maintain records of accidents and incidents including detail analysis of each injury and damage.

 Educating all the employees on basic site HSE Rules & Regulations

 Developing and implementing safety programmers, incentive programmers safety competition, etc, to enhanced safety standard.

 Inspection of all work site and communication of corrective measures to the management by daily site safety inspection report.

 Promote awareness of injury prevention and environmental protection and damage controls to all levels of employees.

 Job involves taking daily site safety inspection & provides corrective action on identified hazards.


 Preparing daily site safety inspection report, monthly Scaffold summary report, incident and accident reports, plant & equipment summary report and other reports.

 Developing safety posters, signs, slogans, bulletins, etc and distributing.

 Conduct HSE management system induction programs for all the staff and workmen on their arrival at site

 Regularly review PPE compliance including adequate stock levels are maintained.

 Monthly power tools inspection & implementation of colour code system.
