 To assist Electrical Engineer to plan and implement Preventive Maintenance of Plant Electrical Systems
 To attend daily jobcard of plant systems and ensure the system back in normal operating condition expeditiously
 To supervise Technicians, general workers and contractors in implementing the preventive maintenance programs.
 To be responsible for electrical workshop and testing of equipments
 To check spare parts inventory and assist electrical engineer in procurement of tools and spare parts

 Study new product development
 Applied machine process improvement (eg. Machine modifications, new machine installations and testing)
 Perform preventive measures on operating parameters based on the result of the physical test to maintain the product quality within the specification
 Deals with customer as handling product technicality that suits customer requirements
 Submit machine analysis based on its performance for new products
 Performs other tasks/duties assigned by his superior in support of the goals and objectives of the business

* Operates assigned production equipment (Compression Machine, Printing Machine & Lining Machine)
* Perform Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
* Conduct in-line quality control test on product.
* Perform corrective measures on operating parameters based on the result of the physical test to maintain the product quality within the specification under the supervision of the shift-in-charge
* Monitor production run status and ensure process control of machine
* Conducts product/job changes up according to production plan
* Conducts preventive maintenance routines for machine
* Maintain proper housekeeping and good manufacturing practices
* Performs other tasks/duties assigned by his superior in support of the goals and objectives of the business

Duties and responsibilities: * Perform machine maintenance activity plan.
* Ensure that machine is utilized at maximum efficiency.

* Performs manpower plan work schedule including debugs and confirmations.

* Recommend termination and reprimands subordinates with bad records in punctuality with low efficiency and who have violated any company policy.
* Control and recommend overtime schedule for subordinates.
* Assure 5S are being implemented regularly.

* Active member of Work Improvement Team, Caps Plant with a project title of "Elimination of Non-Functioning Band" at San Miguel Corporation

Skills

* Knowledgeable in AutoCAD
* Understand PLC / VFD / Motor Controls / Overhead Cranes
* Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
* Technical drawing interpretation and design
* Good analytical skill
* Can still work efficiently even under pressure
* Driving - license applicable only in Philippines
