• Ensure Store is fully compliant administratively & procedurally according to Company guidelines & deadlines.
• Ensure communication is effective throughout Store & back to Brand.
• Weekly/Daily analysis of commercial reports & implementation of Action Plans where necessary

I was relocated to a bigger store within the same group as shop in charge. My main roles and responsibilities is to ensure every customer receives the high-end service that is expected of the high end international Brands. I lead a team of 10 associates though coaching and developing their skills and setting them up for success as specialists of our trade.

My main duties are as follows: -
• Making BA’s daily roaster, ensuring availability of staffs at the counter till the store close.
• Product knowledge & its usage instruction.
• Collecting Customer Database in regular interval to update about the new arrivals in the counter & events.
• PI(Perpetual Inventory) count on daily basis for high value SKU’s
• Achievement of MTD & YTD budgets & encouraging the individual performance of the BA’s.
• Clearance of Damage & Slow-moving items.
• Promoting new products.
• Responsible for making the orders of Cosmetics, Fragrances & Skincare brands.
• Handles various cosmetics supplies, unpacks or ships inventory and ensures fresh samples are always available on the counter or readily available for distribution.
• Helping the beauty advisor in selling cosmetics.
• Assist the customers to make the right selection of products.
• Conducts beauty, skin care & fragrances demonstrations and provides product samples to induce sales.
• Sells high-end beauty, fragrances & skincare products to the customers.
• Responsible in handling customer complaints.
• Responsible for store, cosmetics, fragrances & skincare target to achieve in monthly basis
• Communicating with the suppliers for any short / excess receive in the deliveries.
