Led quality assurance and quality control for three business manufacturing units. Trusted member of the Senior Leadership Team tasked with developing the Group-subsidiaries individual manufacturing site TDC program. Simplified all QA/QC SOPs and increased productivity. Also reduced cost of quality (COQ) by 31%. Reduced plastic scrap 65% in Cables insulation and sheathing Extrusion lines and decreased make-ready time 50% through implementation of full LOSS FIGHTING program.

Developed a full range of products in line with international standards through in-house intensive R&D programs. Led design of road map that converted a business unit from a cost center to a revenue generating, profit center.
• Generated full operational smart KPIs for all departments with individuals Skill-Matrix programs, in support of higher efficiency and to enable group to reduce cost through major downsizing.
• Delivered excellency program for OEE, OTIF, CCR, and NCR as well as skill competency matrix.
• Consistently achieved P&L vs. budget.
• Increased OEE2 from 52% to 81% in MESC PVC PLANT.
• Created all Cables PVC Compounds with high quality and RoHS Compliance as well as UL Listing.
• Increased market share from zero to 33% for Cables PVC compounds supply in the Middle East.
• Engaged with the Board Executive community in LOSS-MAP program of MESC Industrial Group manufacturing sites in KSA and UAE.
• Leveraged a strong operational framework to support large initiatives and drive growth, performance, and profitability.
• Optimized PVC PLANT supply chain by identifying at least three suppliers for raw materials, leading initiatives for procurement, logistics, warehouse management and workforce management. Reduced staff requirements by 50%.
• Pioneered research and development and created a full product portfolio. Produced and sold over 7, 800MT of PVC compound.
• Cultivated strategic partnerships and managed training and monitoring to meet individual and group targets.
Presented a variety of cutting-edge ideas through industry research including events publications, announcements, and achievements of high-profile individual contributors. Launched a new branch including a full spectrum of operations activities in Abha.
• Developed Digital Printing Portfolio business from 2.2 million SAR with loss to 8.4 million SAR with high profit.
• Led competitive research, platform determination, and audience identification/profiling to devise actionable strategies.
• Improved efficiency and workflow by transforming operations from a traditional offset printing model to digital printing trade business.
• Increased sales 10% by developing over 280 innovative products and drove profits up by 5%-7%.
• Turned over inventory six times per year and enhanced working capital by reducing DSO from 210 to 122 days. Expanded supplier’s credit terms from cash to 120 days.
NEW START-UP of Busines - Led the sales and marketing activities for the organization and established new divisions in support of product development and additional revenue channels. • Instrumental in launching a new division, IMPAK Division, built to represent and distribute coding and marking intelligence systems from MARKEM as well as metal detectors from CASSEL-Germany.
