• Handling all the insurance matters related to health insurance for the entire employee’s and various sites.
• To undertake the daily Claims activity, ensuring appropriate service standards are set and met and reasonable judgments are made.
• Upon receiving intimation from the insured / hospital, verification of policy terms and conditions in order to ascertain the liability or authorizing approvals.
• Conducting initial verification upon receiving the Claims documents from the employee’s / hospitals.

• Follow through all motor claims and in liaison between Workshops and Insurance providers.
• Recording all the Workmen’s Compensation claims.
• Following up with the insurance provider to settle the workmen’s compensation claims.
• Close the workmen’s compensation claims files and deliver the settlement to the injured.

• Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and handling policy renewals.
• Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate lists of prospective clients
• Select company that offers type of coverage requested by client to underwrite policy.
• Sell various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals on behalf of insurance companies, including automobile, fire, life, property, medical and dental insurance or specialized policies such as marine, farm/crop, and medical malpractice.
