Working on such high profile and prestigious project has provided me the opportunity to witness the high class finishes of mosque construction and also the latest techniques of modern construction works. Due to very huge nature of project the inspection team was divided in to Architectural and structural team. I was having a prominent role in Construction of structural precast elements of Holy mosque.
Monitor that project work activities are carried out in accordance with project Quality Control Plans and specification.
To ensure all site works and materials used on site to comply with project specification, well versed with material approval procedures.
Inspection of mould and steel prior to concrete.
Preparation of Non Conformance Report.
Checking the Final Finishing of panel before delivery.
Ensure that all the documents/records/test results are properly filed in the appropriate filing system and/or within the overall Project Filing System.
To ensure Quality on site, by managing site inspections.
Supervision of site works such as Rebar checking, Mould inspection prior to concrete.
Inspection of the day to day work as per approved plans complying with all Quality requirements.
Supervising of Pre-stressing of I-Beams.
Ensuring compliance of Quality and Safety
Inspection of Lab test such as Crushing strength of Cylinder, Aggregate test and Dust test.
Inspection of Hollow core elements.
Inspection of mould, rubber and re-bars and final finishing of GRC panels.
Report on progress of the works to the Head of the department.
