Carrying out Third-party Inspection & Expediting of the electrical & instrumentation materials during the in-
process and/or final stage of production/assembly at Manufacturers/Vendors Premises in accordance with the
client's requirement protocol, ITP, national & international standards.
✓ Review and understand Inspection Assignment Packages from coordinators.
✓ Coordinate with client, contractor/buyer and supplier regarding date, time and location prior to the schedule
day of assignment.
✓ To conduct & Witness the In‐process & Final Stage inspections as per ITP’s and preparation of Reports with
respect to commodity items. Inspections including but not limited to; Functional Testing, Electrical &
Mechanical Tests, Dimensional / Visual inspections for following commodities Switchgear, MCC, Transformers,
Motors, Cables etc.
✓ Review of documents for approval status, P.O, ITP, Design/GA Drawings, BOM, FAT Procedure, Applicable
Standards, Calibration Certificates, Internal/Routine Test Records, Previous Inspection Reports, Punch List, Mail
communications, Inspection Notifications etc.
✓ Preside Pre-Inspection Meeting (PIM) & prepare PIM Reports.
✓ Ensure that the completed product fully conforms to the intended design, codes, standards and specifications
and, will not itself ensure reliability unless the original conception and design are correct, and clearly and,
precisely specified.
✓ Report Preparation on daily basis, Flash Report, Final Inspection Reports, Expediting Reports, Pre- Inspection
Meeting Reports, Punch Lists, Non-Conformity Report, Inspection Release Note, Time Sheets, Photo evidence
of important activities to illustrate the actual event.
