• Maintaining books of accounts.
• Preparing purchase orders and expense reports.
• Checking figures, postings and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy and proper codes.
• Complying with company policies, procedures and regulations.
• Classify records and summarise numerical and financial data in order to compile and keep financial records.
• Calculate, prepare and issue invoices, account statements, bills and other financial statements according to established procedures.
• Compile statistical, financial accounting or auditing reports and tables pertaining to such matters as cash receipts, expenditures, accounts payable, receivables and profit & losses.
• Perform financial calculations such as amounts due, interest charges, balances, discounts, equity & principal.
• Receive, record and bank cash, cheques and vouchers.
• Preparing supplier payments on a timely manner and maintaining good supplier relationship and goodwill.
• Reconcile and monitor bank accounts and bank transactions.
• Responsible for all accounts payable processes.
• Ensured input and timely payment of all vendor invoices.
• Responsible for weekly check run and positive pay transmission.
• Resolves collection and invoice discrepancy matters.
