As an Assistant Manager in “Suzuki Rawalpindi Motors”, we were responsible for 100% Customers satisfaction and best buying experience. Giving customers proper communication, details and complete paper work help us to maintain higher standards. Maintaining great working environment and coordination with other co-workers were our key priorities for maximum productivity and efficiency in office work.
Responsibilities:
• Managing sales team, helping them in establishing sales territories, setting realistic sales target and motivating them to meet set sales target
• Identifying marketing opportunities and making marketing plans to convert those opportunities in to business through mobilizing sales team.
• Ensuring all the queries are handled professionally, responded quickly and converted in to sales.
• Preparing Marketing communication including print advertisement, Direct marketing and Sales promotion according to market trends to attract more footsteps in showroom and bringing more sales
• Forecasting the demands according to market trends, approaching festivals and maintain enough stock in showroom and yard.
• Ensuring best “After sales service” to all the customers through direct contact with them and reminding them their up coming check ups and required services.
