Planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital and traditional marketing strategy. Responsible for managing, guiding and training digital marketers and marketing positions in the team.
--Create annual marketing plan and Events Calendar.
--Brand, Advertising and Retail management.
--Data Science Strategy.
--Prepare and manage marketing budget, ensuring that it is spent efficiently and in accordance with the marketing strategy.
--Follow annual marketing plan in conjunction with leasing department, with details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus on meeting Mall Performance Objectives.
--Develop partnerships for the betterment of the Mall objectives.
--Manage and oversee different digital and traditional marketing channels.
--Measure ROI and KPIs
--Strategizing, measure and manage different media platforms.
--Track SEO and Google Analytics data and make complex analysis
--Anticipate sales performance trends
--Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement.
--Develop Campaign’s to create and maintain high level of customer interaction.
--Develop Events to maintain high level of footfall.
--Stay up-to-date with new marketing and digital technology developments.
--Negotiation with Media agencies and contractors.
--Leading and directing Mall advertising, Events and Promotion Activities.
--Leading Mall’s seasonal and promotional decoration.
KEY RESULT AREAS:
---Work with marketing Head for budgets and contract, marketing plans and the selection of advertising media;
--- Responsible for the development and implementation of the Mall's advertising strategy through various advertising media;
---Creative & Management - ATL, BTL & TTL;
---Develop strategic advertising plan to produce effective promotional material and monitors campaign results;
---Brand Management - Analyze brand features & keep the brand image high by evaluating factors which appeal to customers, ensure the production, display quality of the promotional campaigns & the tenants advertising collaterals;
--'Negotiate advertising contracts.
--- Initiate market research studies and analyze the findings to understand tenants, customers and market opportunities for business.
---Events & Promotion Management - Support for successful event & promotion results;
---Team & Supply Chain Management - Ensure proper supply of materials & quality production with negotiated prices to bring it in a reduced budget cost;
---Quality & Development - Keep a strong eye around the Mall for "what a normal eye cannot see" to raise issues which could impact the brand image of the Mall;
---Policies & Procedures- Create policies for smooth operations of the Creative Division;
---Digital Marketing - Create strong social media campaigns to involve & interest customers & maximize the reach; and
--'Meet tenants to provide marketing advice.

This helped them in directly reaching their clients, massive increase in sales and considerably decreasing their dependence on distributors; and
Assisted the multi-billionaire Nishat Group of Companies to enhance their brand image and overall sale by developing their national advertising and marketing campaigns, annual magazines, TV advertisements and independent retail outlets.
