• Reporting to the District HSE Manager, provide support to the projects to ensure the elements of the HSE MS are implemented and communicated.
• Coach, mentor and support HSE staff on the projects, develop successors and talent pools for key positions.
• Assess site-specific requirements and / or review of the Project Safety Plans. Assess local regulations, client requirements, emergency protocols, safe work plans and procedures, and codes of practice for the Project Safety Plans.
• Active role in internal and external HSE audits. Continuously scan and analyze the environment for potential risks or safety hazards.
• Root Cause Analysis for SIF events. Contribute expertise to investigations of all project incidents.
• Subject Matter Expert on all aspects of Incident Investigation.
• Providing the required expertise to continually improve the quality of incident investigations.
• Key role in establishing a skilled pool of Root Cause Analysts.
• Reviewing all reported incidents and determining the reporting level. Initiating notifications to the company and shareholders and preparing Terms of Reference for Team Investigations.
• Reviewing investigation reports and initial as expert for Senior Management approval.

* Roche world-wide operates under a global Informatics Division. The division was responsible for 3 global and various regional domains. There were 437 sites all over the globe. All of them were linked together via leased lines or dial-up connections. Working under the directions of Corporate IT, I had:
* Implemented, Maintained and Supported Regional and Local Domains using Windows NT and Windows 2000 Servers
* Rollout Manager / Team Leader for various global projects e.g. Implementation of Global Desktop Environment and Standard IT Infrastructure. The project was known as CODEX (Common Office Environment - Domain - EXchange). Initially, it was a combination of Windows NT, MS Office, MS Exchange 5/5.5 and software distribution package known as Columbus. All updates are managed at Global and Regional levels. There were global roaming profiles for all users. Later, CODEX was updated with Windows 2000, Active Directory, MS Exchange 2000 and software distribution by NetInstall. I was the member of Regional Informatics Team for this project.
