operation & maintanance of water cooled chiller york trane above 2000 tr, ,
•Maintenance, Servicing, Troubleshooting, Repairing, Maintaining, Monitoring, and continuous Operation of District Cooling plant.(Centrifugal Chillers)
•Preventive Maintenance of Centrifugal chillers, Primary & Secondary chilled water pumps and motors, Air Handling Units, Fan coil units, cooling towers, Pressurization Unit, Fire Diesel water pumps, Air Compressor.
•Control & Monitoring the District Cooling Pant with CMS Scada (chiller management system) & BMS (building management system) System.
•Attend the complaints related with HVAC systems in the air field side (Airport).
•Service the(counter flow) cooling towers as per schedule or condition of cooling tower also checked make up level, quality of water, gear box lubrication, oil level, shaft alignment, electronic vibration switch, oil level switch, flexible coupling, orifice, spry nozzles .
•Daily routine.Analysing the chilled water, condenser water & makeup water as per recommended by chemist CULLIGAN (Nalco) (TDS, Conductivity /PH).
•Greasing the chiller motor, Primary/Secondary/& Distribution chilled water pumps & motors, AHU motors & blowers, cooling tower motors.
•Service the Air Handling units (AHU)/fan coil units (FCU), split air conditioners, wash pre filters, & if necessary change the Bag filters in Air Handling Units.
•Prepare, implement and closely monitor reports on the performance of district cooling plants and equipments
•O & M: Manage, Supervise and Implement all necessary activities and actions to ensure the best efficiency & smooth operation of a district cooling plant and best quality of chilled water continuous production and deliver
