Currently, working with a fully integrated global infrastructure company providing Program Management Consultancy (PMC) services on mega NEOM City program. Part of the NEOM Regional Team. My task is to supervise and control of 8 Regions Neom Bay, Neom Bay Airport Domestic, Megna, Neom Zero, Shusha Island, Trojena, Neom Airport Int'l, Sindalah Island for information management, including:
-Develop KPIs and reporting, document statistics reports and information system analysis.
-Develop workload analysis of document control team to meet Region proojects requirements. Plan for re-assignment, growth, and reduction of work group as project requirement change.
-Review of current Document Management and Communication Management Plan, Procedures and work process and propose changes to improve efficiency and control.
-Interview and hiring of document control staff to meet Project and Client requirement. Provide training and deployment and performance assessment.
-Keep track on the mandatory requirements as per the procedures, plans and processes are met.
-Update distribution matrix for Engineering Design and Construction Document review and create/modify workflows according to the matrix new changes.
-Develop work processes for various systems and add new contracts, work orders and assurance of Aconex configurations according to the WBS and asset coding system.
-Extract information from Aconex to compile various status reports.
-Work with Data Engineers and SMEs to develop dashboards and KPIs for all regions.
-Oversee and task assignment to 8 Regional teams and provide guidance to solve complex issues.

•Lead the implementation of Aconex as per Program/Project and Client Requirements, manage access control, invitations to new organizations and users.
•Setup Aconex configurations, Workflows and finalize, implement and compliance of Document Management Procedure, review and approval process.
•Migrate existing data and documents from other EDMS into new Aconex system and training sessions.
•Contribute for the improvement of document control systems, control processes and procedures.
•Provide advice and obtain agreement on appropriate document management system for the size and complexity.
•Lead and manage the group, motivate them and manage their performance.

Parson is PMCM for mega infrastructure program King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), Riyadh the new economic and cultural capital of ME. The project consists of 59 towers in an area of 1.6 million square meters. It will provide more than 3 million square meters of space for various uses, 62, 000 parking spaces and accommodation for 12, 000 residents including Skywalk, Attractors, Mono rail, Wadi, Mosque, Plaza, Five Star hotels, Sub-terranean Road and Financial Plaza.
• Set up PDDM systems incorporating lessons learned from previous projects, specify system requirements.
• Develop and implement Document Distribution Matrix for the Program for incoming and outgoing technical documents from Contractors, Consultants and Client.
• Implement strict adherence of Document Management Procedures. Prepare work processes, system and user guides, job notes and work instructions in accordance with Client requirements and company, project approved tools and procedures.
• Control of MDR and produce weekly Document Status Report.
• Quality check of submitted documents and their compliance to Procedures. Having the right to reject incorrect submissions of documents from/to Contractors, Design Consultants and Supervision Consultants with detailed instructions of how to correct documents and proceed them.
• Manage Running Document Control department (9 persons) with time management and quality assurance of the team’s activities.
• Manage document issue and distribution of project deliverables, RFIs, technical query requests, correspondence, QC, Engineering and Commercial documents, company responses to client comments and subcontractor documentation.
