•Manage IMP at detailed level by channel, implement the agreed marketing plan, and ensure plans are delivered with excellence.
•Manage the activities budgets and deliver all plans activity within agreed budgets, handling All category promotions & channels projects with full Initiative Recap Report.
•Reporting, measurement, feedback and control systems, manage POSM arrival, storage and dispatch to the field, ensure in store planograms, DPSMs and persuasion plans ececuted for the brands.
•Update price structures of NPI and current SKUs, delivering the day-to-day business with Field CBD.
•Reinforce and ensure destruction process of damaged and expired goods.
•Establish and continuously update for all trade sales fundamentals parameters, Issue daily DSR per channels and salesman.
•Establish and update database of trade assets, update KBD implementation summary.
•Follow-up and summarise receivables.measure and analyse channel / account performance.
•Work with supply for Building blocks, intaitvies supplies & activites manuiplation.
•Handling all realted plans for shopper marketing within the fiscal year & to be planned jointly with key accounts team.
