IFTAS runs INFINET, the communications backbone of all the banks in India
and SFMS, India’s largest financial messaging platform, facilitating RTGS and NEFT
transactions. IFTAS also runs a cloud platform for Indian banks, called IBCC. Apart
from running critical infrastructure services.
Job Profile:
* Managing end to end IT infrastructure and telecommunications network, IT
operations / service delivery.
* Increase the usage and adoption of existing solutions and improve productivity
and customer satisfaction.
* Provide 24X7 uptime on the infrastructure Application availability.
* Signing and execution of various annual maintenance contracts.
* Vendor Management & Identify suitable partners, perform selection process and
shortlist.
* Enable the overall environment to comply with security and compliance
frameworks.
* Determine, monitor, and ensure adherence of service Level Agreements with all
ISP’s & IT Vendors

To manage all Branch offices & warehouse and CNF depot sites locations spread
across India in terms of its IT technological upgrades and its applications.
* Managing the Enterprise ERP Microsoft Dynamics Axapta Servers and applications
Software, Lotus 8.5.2 Email Messaging, Citrix 5.0v system and Application
administration.
* To carry out Successful Ax2009 Implementation of Microsoft Axapta ERP Package
between Head office and other branch offices& warehouse and CNF depot sites in
India via Lease Line MPLS Connectivity and Broadband medium.
* To lead team of Technical Support Analyst, Monitor service delivery operations
and drive.
* Process improvements to support the day-to-day users

To manage all Regional office & Plant sites locations spread across India in terms of
its IT technological upgrades and its applications.
* Managing the Enterprise ERP Microsoft Dynamics Axapta Ax3.0, Ax2009 Ax2012
Servers and applications Software, Email Messaging, Citrix 6.5v system and
Application administration.
* Implement CCTV IP based Cameras across India for centralized access for day
today activities happening within the Regional offices and Plant locations.
* To Implement Successful Diasater Recovery & BC Implementation of Microsoft
Dynamics Ax2012 ERP Package between Head office and other Regional offices&
Plant sites in India via Lease Line Connectivity between Primary site Mumbai to
Seconday Site at Hyderabad.

SAP Basis Key Responsibilities:
* Work with team to manage and maintain SAP application and infrastructure

Completed handling three Project Sites in Abu Dhabi named Ruwais Gas Pipeline
Project, Al Shuwehiat Power Plant Project and Al Dhafra Al Tuwaisa Military base

Maintained a Win NT 4.0 Site with 50 nodes connectivity with Ms Proxy
environment.
* To attend to Software & hardware related problems of the users on a day-to-day
basis.
* To take backups of databases & files in the tape drive cartridge on daily basis.
* Implement & setup procedures to protect the network against unauthorized access
& virus prevention.
* To coordinate with different vendors for purchase of systems & peripherals.
* To update anti - virus on all workstations on monthly basis

Co-ordinate & Support IT Technical issues for the Clients in WAN & LAN
Environment.
* Assist users regarding all hardware and software issues.
* Co-ordinate & Implement technical Support to the customer requirements

weekly basis to the General Manager

which is globally centralized through WAN & LAN environment.
