Monitoring and Evaluation Systems and Data Quality:
- Provides assistance to project staff to ensure validity and reliability of all data
- Detects and resolves data integrity issues, regularly completes thorough data cleaning procedures
- Identifies problems with data collection, including patterns of missing data, low internal reliability, problematic content of particular questions.
- Collaborates with clinical, research, and administrative staff to report and solve data-related issues
Data Analysis for Program Evaluation:
- Regularly analyzes clinical outcome and service/activity data.
- Analyzes and interprets results for reporting and other purposes using Excel, SPSS, or other programs.
- Regularly calculates frequencies, descriptive statistics, and generates figures and graphs
- Proactively devises and conducts additional analyses as needed to respond to requests and proactively addresses substantive evaluation or clinical questions.
Reporting:
- Contributes to regular reporting for both internal and external audiences, including by ensuring data represented in all reports are accurate
- External reports include to funders and local authorities; internal reports include monthly reports to headquarters, requests from research, clinical, policy, or administrative staff, or other ad hoc requests.
Consultation and Communication:
- Consults across departments with CVT staff concerning data management, data collection, data analysis, or evaluation topics.
- Promotes mutual understanding and maintains proactive communication with clinical staff and Research Department, including participation in clinical meetings as possible.
- Gathers meaningful questions from clinical or administrative staff about CVT beneficiaries or programs.
- Review and identify areas of improvement for M&E systems in the Middle East region (Jordan, Turkey, Lebanon, Iraq and Syria).
- Create a centralized repository for tools and establish methods for measurement of common/joint indicators to be unified and distributed across the countries in the Middle East region.
- Review and join in developing multi-years +$40 Million USD proposals and program plans.
- Develop monthly and quarterly regional analysis and fact sheets
- Technical assistance to M&E staff and quality assurance in the development of M&E tools, methods and systems (including sharing logframes and M&E approaches across teams).
- Taking the lead in the pilot stages and inception phases for the FARM (Feedback and Response Mechanism) across all 5 countries in the region, then continue to host the system and provide continuous and ongoing support and produce periodic reports and metrics.
- Take the lead and ownership of multiple IRC initiatives such as Beneficiary Counting Guidelines, Monitoring for Action and Outcome and Evidence Framework.

- Build and frequently update the country office accountability and feedback mechanism database and working with all MC Programs to ensure that the complaint mechanism is successfully integrated into their program.

- Strengthen result-based M&E and help program teams to look beyond output level to outcome and impact.
- Introduce a new approach to implement the result-based M&E system with focusing on three pillars of Ownership, Maintenance and Credibility.
- Support the feedback loops on the CARM and lead capacity-building efforts on MEL-related topics.
As an M&E Coordinator, I'm responsible for cross-cutting programmatic information management, monitoring and evaluation, ensuring that information collected is reflected upon and technical support to country programs. Provide support for database development and maintenance, implementation of studies and research, as well as supporting the development and implementation of country office accountability mechanism, including hot line administration, identifying proper response and maintaining the database of complaints. Internal and External coordination includes strengthen linkages and information exchange with other internal resources, including the LMS, Digital Library, Hub, and Clearspace, to enhance organizational learning where relevant to M&E, as well as providing assistance to and coordinate between all offices and programs in all aspects of M&E and information management in country.
Developing and monitoring the impact indicators for project success to meet the donors requirements; Recommending further improvement where needed for data collection and database management; Overseeing and participating in regular project reviews through workshops, meetings and work group discussions. Key duties:
- Develop systematic and realistic monitoring plans that capture quantitative and qualitative data, to report on program key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Participate in developing data collection tools and instruments.
