Scaffolding supervisor on the Johan Sverdrup oilfield for Kaefer Energy.
In charge of all scaffolding and manpower on the oilfield.
Preparation of safe job analysis, preparation of confined space access.
Responsible for maintaining company HSE and Quality focus, running toolbox meetings and safe job analysis. Beeing dayly proactive to maintain a high quality and safety focus.
Estimate and calculate ”safe load” of scaffolds on the plant. Be available for sub-contractors as a reliable consultant regarding safety and ”best practice”. Actively focus on scaffold quality regarding plant and personnel safety. Planning and execution of plan meetings and coordination of resourses regarding safety of process equipment.
Main responsible regarding contractual and financial issues for the Norwegian oilcompany Statoil, on the Kårstø expantion project (KEP) for the scaffold and lift contract between Statoil and BIS Industries. Reporting directly to the Project director. Organize HSE in the field. Management Inspections on site, representing Statoil. Reporting of accidents and injuries in synergy, reach a decision in breach of the HSE, run the tool box meetings and safety courses in English, managed by the general manager's absence, Construction Meetings with Statoil and monitoring of contractors, in terms of payment and Procurement Working Arrangements, Personal follow-up. Preparation of safe job analysis, preparation of confined space access.

Directly in charge and responsible of compliance to both the Norwegian and British HSE standards and regulations. Quality and safety control of the project. Producing ”safe job plans” and procedures. Reporting to the offshore project manager
