• Manage the Human Resources functions including Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits Systems, grievance handling, and performance appraisal

• To Recruit and onboarding Teaching & Non-Teaching Staff as per the Schools Pay Structure
• To maintain & update employee records on Orison Software
• To maintain payroll, Leave Management System with Finance Department
• To maintain Ministry of Labour (MOL) and Ministry of Education (MOE) records as per compliance
• Coordinate with PRO for processing & renewal of visa and labour card
• To maintain C-3 Cards, liaison with F&A Department
• To maintain KPI and follow-up monthly, quarterly and yearly
• Implementing Policies & Procedures as per directives from Human Resources and UAE Labour Laws
• Manage the Human Resources functions including Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits Systems, grievance handling, and performance appraisal
•To maintain Manpower Planning & Budgeting
•To maintain HR Records, Employee Relations Leaves and compensation resolve issues
•Conduct Employees onboarding and organize Training and development initiatives
•To collect and analyze HR data with HR Metrics, include Hiring and Turnover Report, Salaries Report
•To Review Employees Performance Quarterly & Annually
•Maintain Work Structure by updating Job Requirement and Job Description for all positions
•Update and provide information on employee benefits, programs, and education & advise on
benefit needs or evaluate benefit contract bids.
•Recruit and interview potential applicants on experience, skills, and education.
•Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resources, Labour Laws, federal and state requirements and conducting investigations
•Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary.

• Implementing & deployment SysHCM® - Human Capital Management System - Payroll of Systems Limited for effective payroll processing & Talent Management made easy.
• Maintains Service Level Agreement (SLA) between HR and Business Partners.
• To prepare HR Dashboard reports for Senior Management.
• To prepare & implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)/Work Flows for developing Human Capital Management System.
• To prepare and monitoring OPEX and CAPEX budgets which is approved by Senior Management.
